Any estimate on the website or in messages is preliminary. Final scope, timeline, and price are confirmed in project agreement.
Work starts after agreed initial payment. Milestone payments may apply depending on project structure.
Reasonable revisions are included within agreed scope. Additional requests outside scope are estimated separately.
You provide timely feedback, required access, and content/materials needed for delivery.
Upon full payment, client receives ownership rights to final deliverables, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project phase.
Both parties agree to keep non-public project information confidential. NDA can be signed on request.
We may update these terms and privacy policy. Updated versions are posted on this page.
